 I specialize in representing my clients in the purchases and sales of single-family residences and income property within the cities of Sioux Falls, Lennox, Tea, Brandon, Baltic, Worthing, Harrisburg, Hartford, and Dell Rapids. I am also very knowledgeable in short sales and foreclosures. I keep current of all transactions in these areas, and I'm also very knowledgeable with the local schools.

I grew up in Hartford SD, and have lived in Lennox SD for the past 30 years. My youth was filled in all of the extra-curricular activities and organization centered around school, church and athletics. I graduated from Dakota State University, with an educational degree. For the past 12 years I have been selling real estate.

I am married with 2 grown children and 1 grandson. My wife is retired from 33 years of teaching. I live in Lennox SD a community of 2100 people

I have been in public service for the past 35 years, either through teaching for 3 years, or selling janitorial products for 20 years. I have been in the real estate business for 12 years. I enjoy helping the 1st time homebuyer find a home, plus working with young families and their children gives me a thrill. Little children adore me. My motto is "I work your hours" Short sales have been my main focus the past 6 months, and helping families get out of their financial distress.
